The D925-1464 Starter Relay used on a Varga is no longer available...

Note that, though this is a 6V relay, it is designed to be used on a 12V system.

Though not FAA approved for a Varga, a Cole Hersee 24041 may be an acceptable substitute for the Delco Remy starter relay.

Stabilizer Bushing; 10 each per aircraft: $4.56 each ($45.60/10). Limited quantity available.

At about $1 an inch, it was expensive but I found a supplier for NAS40-10 hinge (aileron and flap half) and bought some. I also have a small quantity of NAS40-6 hinge (wing half). It will be available until I run out. Just call and let me know which hinge you need.

Years ago, somebody sent 3 boxes of the 12-24 screws that are used to plug the 2 filler holes at the top of each landing gear. 12-24 screws are an oddball size so, if you need and can’t find any of these screws, let me know how many and I’ll send them to you.

G199-105 Fuel Strainer

The G199-105 fuel strainer filters out contaminants such as particulate matter from the fuel line. Contaminants accumulate in the bowl and are easy to identify. Cloudiness in the fuel indicates that there is water in the system and can also be detected. The strainer can be drained through a petcock to purge the fuel line of water. A bypass valve allows continued flow even when the filtering screen is clogged, a handy feature in an emergency.

12-24 Screws are still available for Landing Gear Hydraulic Fluid and Lubrication holes:

Stabilizer Bushings:

I still have lots of horizontal and vertical stabilizer hinge bushings left if you need them…

Aileron & Flap Hinge:

The Varga uses NAS40-6 hinge at the wing and NAS40-10 hinge at the aileron and flap. I have a couple of 6’ lengths of NAS40-10 hinge. I don't have any dash 6 hinge but it is narrower and the dash 10 hinge can be cut down to the dash 6 width...
